Pastificio Pavoni is very careful in the creation of products using materials selected for their wholesomeness and genuineness, without preservatives or dyes and above all of Italian origin.
The products of the Pavoni Veg & Veg line are made without eggs and with an ancient grain, especially the variety called Senatore Cappelli. Senatore Cappelli is a type of wheat already cultivated by our grandparents here in the hills of the Marche region. Today, as then, it is grown in the most natural, therefore organic, way. This naturalness and wholesomeness are also used for the fillings of the Veg & Veg line, made with exclusively organic legumes.
